Residential Component to Remain in the Equation of High-End Hotel Market

According to this article and the industry experts they interviewed, high-end hotel branded residential real estate can still be a valuable asset to a new luxury development.  I support this position, but only if the residential is not the only component.  There has to be a high-end luxury hotel to support the residential.  Without that, it is basically a branded residential development and I am afraid those are not going to be recovering quite as quickly.
