I realize this is only a snapshot and no one can determine whether or not it will be sustainable. That being said, according to this article, which quotes a Land Title Report, sales in the valley nearly doubled in January 2010 vs. January 2009. The good news is; that was in both sales volume and sales dollars. Hopefully February had the same trend and we just keep improving. It is like the clock has rolled back to 2004 or so. I wish I could have those years back too.
