Well, this is a pretty short story, but I could not resist posting it. Apparently the Management of Lake Las Vegas Resort has announced that they are emerging from Chapter 11 bankruptcy and will resume land sales in different phases of the development. This is remarkable considering they just filed for protection back in June of 2008.
