I have always believed that Fractional was a very good way to sell real estate in high end locations. Although the industry was affected by the recession too, my prediction was that it would rebound much faster than the whole ownership side and make a much faster comeback. Judging by this and the many other similar stories I am finding; it appears to be happening!
