			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It may be a long time coming, but finally one of the major home builders here in the US has decided that going green means more than powering a doorbell with solar power.  According to this release, Toll Brothers has teamed up with Sun Run to offer solar panels on two of their models in Orange County.  While that may not be earth shattering, the fact that they are doing so at no additional cost to buyers is.  This is a great step forward and should get the ball rolling in the right direction.</p>

I think this concept is good, maybe it was &#8220;too good&#8221; to be true.  Different from the Fractional industry, the members of these type of vacation clubs don&#8217;t own the real estate and if the club can&#8217;t pay the bills, they have nothing.  Very sad to see this.</p>
