Wow, are we really there; a non-profit and luxury eco-resort community, which is going to commit 100% of operating profits to environmental protection and social improvements?  That is almost too good to be true.  I for one hope it is not.  Imagine!!

USA Today has some good information on US Virgin Islands.  According to the article, you can still buy waterfront condos starting at $150,000 with homes starting at $500,000.  Good read for those interested.
