According to this press release, Vista Bocana Villas, Costa Rica’s most exclusive private resort and residences has announced their starting of construction. There is only going be 8 of these luxury villas, each with between 6000 and 7000 square feet of living area and 4 or 5 bedrooms. Prices are to start at $3.5 million.
