Here is yet another article about how the Chinese Government is trying desperately to avoid the Real Estate Bubble that occurred here in the US.
Although Chartis is a subsidiary of the former owner (AIG), the transaction closed on New Year’s Eve and they are going to keep things moving forward. That is a good result no matter what. Congratulations to Chartis and to Stowe Mountain Resort. I hope 2010 brings you much deserved prosperity.
Looks Bad, but there is a silver lining. Inventory has declined and prices are stabilizing. We had to hit bottom before we can climb out. Here is to climbing as carefully and quickly as possible.
