It seems everywhere I look, I find this trend picking up speed. Gone are the “boom era” McMansions. Now we have opulent, yet “efficient” being the popular choice. Personally, I like it. Keep quality high, but remove unnecessary or wasted space and keep prices below ridiculous. The best part is; it is much better for the environment too.
