Not only has the a home sold for $8.29 million (a new record for Summit County), there was also an increase in transactions where prices were $2 million or more. I find this very encouraging to see the marketing is freeing up and things are starting to move again, especially in this area. Awesome!!!
Apparently China’s Ministry of Housing is tightening the lending policies in an effort to ward off speculation. Too bad we did not see this in advance and stop it before it got out of control here in the U.S.
