I wish more developers shared the philosophy of the developers of Harbor Shores – Golf, Residential, and Resort Development.  It is time for all of us to evaluate what we are doing, make necessary adjustments, and then move forward.  The longer we sit and wait for thing to be ideal, the longer we will go without recovery.  I haven’t had the privilege of meeting them, but I salute them and hope that we may have the honor of having them on ResortAuthority.com in the near future.  This is the type of developer and resort development we want to help.

A very interesting perspective.   According to this post, we may see a different trend coming out of this recession. Luxury Homes may make a quicker recovery over the Median Homes due to the economic conditions having more impact on the Median Home Buyer.
