This is an interesting story about the state of golf and real estate in Australia these days. Has a very familiar ring to it for me, as I feel I have lived through this elsewhere.
According to this article, which uses a recent survey as their source, 2011 should be a much better year for the Luxury and Second home markets. That is good news! The bad news is we still have over a quarter of the year left in 2010 and we can’t make that go away by simply looking forward to 2011. I made that mistake last year!!!
