How it Works

The Organic Marketing approach is fluid, flexible and dynamic. No two programs will look exactly the same. We do, however, strongly recommend the five major elements of our system — literary branding, Public Relations, referral networks, community building, and communication — be fully implemented for the best results.

Our role, however, remains consistent, and includes the following functions:

  • Management
      OMI oversees the entire program from start to finish, from creative inception, to full implementation. Once the systems are in place and functioning, we turn the operation over to you.
  • Staff Development
      We will help you build a staff that can fully implement the Organic Marketing way. This includes training in the methods of story-driven sales, and how to sell off of PR.
  • Communication Program
      We will provide you with the framework to develop and maintain a strong communication program to keep your community of buyers and prospects engaged with you.
  • Database
      A strong, user-friendly database is essential to effective community building and on-going communication among all audiences. We will help you set up a very user-friendly and effective database system.
  • Ongoing counsel
      As you go along in your sales process, we are available to help whenever you need further assistance.
  • Strategic Partnerships
      We have an array of Strategic Partners whose services we can call on and manage for you. Our network of Strategic Partners is extensive, and can be called on to provide whatever services are needed. A partial list of which includes: web development, sales collateral design, green printing, sales center design, sales management, focus groups, on-line market research, search engine optimization, new media training, professional photography, logo wear, signage, construction management, project or development financing, interior design, etc.
