For Todd Zurcher, the founder of the OMI Group, the seeds of Organic Marketing go deep. In his days as a recruiter for the Air Force, he learned the power of networking. He learned the importance of a personal connection to his prospects and peers. He learned that integrity, above all else, results in a successful relationship. And a successful relationship results in a sale.
In 2003 Todd was challenged to launch a new Baja California resort in a new way. The developer didn’t want to advertise. He didn’t want to accost tourists at the airport. The marketing program they came up with resulted in one of the most successful Mexican resort real estate launches ever. It was the seed of the OMI Group way of doing business.
Todd has dedicated his career to building and maintaining strong relationships with his many friends and colleagues. Prior to his launching OMI Group, he spent 15 years working in all phases of real estate and resort development. Achieving success at every turn, Todd has never shied away from new challenges or increased responsibility. He has held several key positions, including Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Vice President of Construction, Project Manager, Operations Manager, and Sales Manager. In addition, Todd was Managing Broker and Co-Owner of a successful RE/MAX Franchise.
Overall, Mr. Zurcher has directly managed the sales and closings of over $300 million in residential and resort real estate, plus over $50 million in fractional real estate at Esperanza in Cabo San Lucas. He has also managed the construction and/or conversion of more than 500 townhouses and condominiums in Colorado and Arizona. Todd is the consummate salesman and connector. His gregarious personality is contagious. And he is extremely tenacious when focused on a goal.
